Print vs Video: Travelers’ Choices


The Associated Press-AOL Travel Poll (September 26-28, 2008) asked travelers to rate the source of information they used in determining a vacation destination.

Only 18 percent said they relied frequently on reviews from fellow travelers.

Fourteen percent said they relied frequently on reviews from travel experts (32 percent said they never did) and 34 percent said they relied frequently on photos and videos of a destination.
